The department has a Regional training center for non-medical staff.
Students of the Center master the techniques and methods of providing emergency care in case of sudden cardiac arrest, bleedings, injuries, burns, drowning, poisoning. The training program meets the requirements of the European program BLS – basic life support.
Classes are held in groups of 10-12 students. At the end of the course students receive an ordinary national certificate.
